Help develop customers’ technical and clinical understanding of company portfolio
A significant amount of time will be dedicated to hands-on customer education and training, focusing on the Advanced Energy/ Hydrocephalus/ Dural Access & Repair portfolios
Support Territory Managers with sales presentations and customer education
In collaboration with Sales and Marketing, develop & execute clinical education programs for priority/target accounts that will promote knowledge, increase product utilization and help achieve growth targets
Identify and execute on growth strategies that drive synergies across Integra’s full portfolio of products
Act as a valued resource to the Marketing Department during product development, new product introductions, and product promotions.
Maintain a high level of clinical, market and product knowledge
Operate within defined budgets and adhere to Corporate Policies and Procedures
Perform administrative duties in a timely manner and as defined by their manager
Work on special projects, as needed
3 years related experience in the Medical Device Industry
Registered Nurse or Experience in a Supportive/Clinical Specialist Role within the Medical Device Industry
Must have a working knowledge of Canadian healthcare environment and be familiar with operating room/ acute care practices.
Significant travel: Overall 70%, including and up 20% across Canada. Most travel will be within home province.
