Work closely with the VP of Construction Operations to create, monitor and execute the construction plan
Provide and maintain look-ahead schedules for multiple areas and phases of work
Develop and maintain short and long term (multi-year) project schedules
Maintain schedule forecast throughout the project life cycle
Assist in the monitoring, reviewing and analysis of the schedule and progress report during all phases of the project, including the analysis of any schedule deviations and identifying corrective actions
Communicate any important issues to the VP of Construction Operations
Review and incorporate Supplier or Trade Contractor schedules as well as the scheduling of inbound materials
Perform trend analysis, forecasting and time impact analysis;
Populate schedule with resource and cost information. Create planned value and earned value reports, cash flow by code/division, cash flow by commitment;
Work with project managers and site superintendents to evaluate construction progress and provide regular schedule updates;
Identify warnings, problems, or conflicts in the project schedule to mitigating the impact of these risks;
Post-secondary education in the Construction, Engineering or Architectural field
Site super experience would be an asset
Minimum of 10 years of construction experience
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
