Job Description:

  • Analyzing ledgers, expense reports, invoicing
  • Doing accounting, P.O entry, monthly billing etc.
  • Assist site office staff with administrative duties
  • Schedule and organize activities such as client meetings
  • Manage the scheduling and booking of meeting rooms, and make arrangements for equipment
  • Assist site office staff with administrative duties

  • Responsible for managing the flow of correspondence and maintaining accurate records and filing systems.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, 
  • Understanding of construction and cost accounting would be an asset
  • Able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels both internally and externally
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,)
  • Comfortable being on site
