Plan, schedule and supervise all aspects of construction activity on site
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing the company's health and safety policies and procedures on site
Prepare look-ahead schedules, monitor the overall construction and critical path schedules, and provide regular schedule status reports
Maintain daily logs, progress photos and submit monthly Site Superintendent Reports
Ensure that the site team maintains up-to-date and organized construction documents at all times
Enforce quality control measures for all trade work and verify that all work complies with trade contract documents, plans, specifications, applicable building codes and regulations
Oversee the ordering of construction material and scheduling of deliveries to the site
Prepare and maintain an organized Construction Management Plan for the site that addresses site storage, access points, traffic control, security, temporary offices, equipment locations, staging areas, etc.
Assist the Project Manager in developing scopes of work for procurement and contract documents
Evaluate trade contractor progress payment certificates and quotations for changes to the work
Participate in regularly scheduled owner and consultant meetings
Lead all site reviews and inspections with authorities having jurisdictions
Maintain organized as-built drawings
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, trade contractors and all other project stakeholders
The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to successfully manage and oversee all aspects of site supervision, coordination, health and safety, and schedule control.

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years work experience as a Finishing Superintendent residential and/or ICI construction or equivalent
Must demonstrate a strong ability to lead teams and communicate effectively
Must demonstrate excellent organizational and record record-keeping skills
Proficient in the interpretation of construction documents including drawings, specifications and contracts
