Customer Service and Logistics Specialist

Job Descriptions:

  • Identify and fill-in process gaps using lean six sigma strategies
  • Analyze data for order fulfilment patterns and or cost savings
  • Work with supply-chain lead to optimize 3PL relationship and efficiencies
  • Manage projects based on efficiencies in process and or ops  expenditure together with the ops. team
  • Write and formalize standardize operating procedures
  • Assist in rolling-out a proactive customer survey/scorecard (customer engagement initiatives)
  • The ability to work - together as a team - with various functional and cross-functional teams.
  • Addressing customer inquiries
  • Assist with accurate customer order processing (order entry)
  • Ensuring order fulfilment cycle is adhered to from PO receipt to POD receipt
  • Liaising with 3PL warehouse and freight providers to track order deliveries
  • Validating order backlog
  • Maintaining good customer data quality – CDQ updates
  • Assist in adhering to strong inventory accuracy/management
  • Ensuring overall fulfilment KPI’s are met with the 3PL supplier
  • The ability to work - together as a team - with various functional and cross-functional teams.

 

 Job Requirements:

  • College Diploma - preferred
  • ERP Systems experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Oracle ERP System / EDI E-Commerce/GHX
  • Project Management
  • Excel/Reporting experience
  • Medical Device/Pharma Work experience
  • Bilingual Customer Service (French/English) - preferred
