RFX Coordinator
Monitors the bid sites on a daily basis, pulling relevant RFX's from the sites.
Offer Development
Review and draft standard sales contracts using existing templates
Progressive skill development from simple agreements to more complex agreement templates with minimal assistance.
Contract Execution
Leverages the existing processes to execute contracted pricing for customers
Process contract activations and executions and administer customer pricing in Oracle for assigned product division
Interact with customers, where required/needed on execution of the customers contract
Manage pricing in our Oracle data base
Contract Management
Compile, track and report out on the contract expiry report
Analyze data to ensure accurate reporting, and ensure contracts are being managed well in advance of expiry
Manage GPO/SSO audit requests as well as customer load sheet requests
Update contract data bases with membership lists, amendments, discontinuations, etc. for contracted GPOs, SSOs and local agreements on a consistent basis
Maintain a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all applicable contract obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Identify the root causes for pricing discrepancies. Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure timely resolution and future prevention of pricing discrepancies.
Interact directly with internal and external customers and field sales regarding contracts (i.e. pricing, products under contract, contract requirement, etc.); provide any ad hoc reports and analyses as requested
Support contract renewal process in partnership with commercial sales
Projects
Work on ad hoc projects as assigned
Identify and present to Management continuous improvement opportunities related to the contract activation and execution process using analytics, Excel and PowerPoint
