Project Coordinator

Job Order: MG-1583

Job Descriptions:

  • Work with Project Management Team to prepare project for sales launch including blacklines, features list and condo documentation.
  • Prepare sales office construction plans and budget
  • Attend all construction site meetings and resolve administrative issues that arise
  • Assist Construction Superintendent in resolving problems due to unforeseen site conditions
  • Ensure site receives current working drawings. Expedite this information from Consultants as required
  • Support Safety Manager and site staff's efforts to maintain and enforce safety requirements
  • Tender all construction disciplines with Project Manager
  • Responsible for administering all paperwork for contracts
  • Provide site with most current contracts and addendums
  • Administer revisions/addendums to all trades and site (To be reviewed with Project Manager first)
  • Assist in pricing all Purchaser Agreements (Approval required by Project Manager)
  • Monitor site progress on a weekly basis
  • Monitor contracts that are out for signing
  • Maintain project files
  • Assist in distributing shop drawings to all consultants and trades (issue all approved copies to all parties (To be reviewed with Project Manager)
  • Assist in coordinating all connections to utilities that site requires (both temporary and permanent)
  • Attend coordination meetings with Project Manager
  • Assist in coordinating drawings to a level where they can be tendered to each discipline (To be reviewed with Project Manager)
  • Schedule internal and external meetings
  • Assist in "Leed" coordination


Job Requirements:

  • 5 Years Plus experience working in High Rise Building Construction
  • Strong organizational skills with proven efficiency to handle multiple projects at one time, both independently and in a team-based environment
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change
  • Strong attention to detail
