   Job Descriptions:

  • Facilitate the implementation of MS NAV and MS CRM and integrated solutions to improve the business functionality and overall performance for system users, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with LHC and third-party business and technical teams as required to optimize utilization of data and generation of complete, timely and accurate reports
  • Manage assigned projects on time and on budget
  • Analyze current business processes and scenarios and recommend/develop solutions to meet the requirements and improve processes
  • Work with key stakeholders within the business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
  • Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers
  • Oversee design, configuration, support, and testing in various systems.
  • Track, monitor, and communicate project and enhancement progress and status against the project plan, requirements, quality measures, standard processes, and milestones
  • Maintain comprehensive end -to- end, integrated business and systems knowledge and documentation of changes for ongoing support, and for audit and legal compliance
  • Produce high quality deliverables on time, including business requirements, project plans, test plans, test scenarios/cases, functional designs, knowledge transfer materials, etc., as well as blueprints and project charters where appropriate
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with LHC Stakeholders and technical teams as required
  • Provide quality assurance of documentation, testing, configuration and development completed by third parties
  • Provide insight and guidance regarding business and systems rationale for planned and actual changes

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related business systems analyst experience within an MS Dynamics environment
  • Experience with system integration is a must
  • High-quality written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with an attention to detail, including the ability to prepare and deliver process documentation, specifications, etc.
  • Proven experience managing delivery of projects
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently, setting goals, and meeting timelines
  • Workshop facilitation and meeting leadership experience, including provision of appropriate documentation
  • Experience building vendor relationships
  • Strong analytical skills
