As a Mechanical Project Manager you will be working with a senior engineer during schematic design and design development and be responsible for the preparation of construction documents and management of the project through bid period, contract administration and warranty period phases of projects you are assigned.
While continuously developing your abilities and experience you will have responsibility for leading and supervising a project team in preparing and modifying design drawings in Revit for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, piping, plumbing, drainage, fire protection and other specially systems.
A University Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
Demonstrated experience using AutoDesk Revit;
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook/Word/Excei/PowerPoint);
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills teamed with your ability to problem solve and make timely and well thought out decisions;
Possess an organized and efficient approach to project design; Strong client service and team management skills;
Ability to work cohesively in a team-based environment;
Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects, focused project schedules and meet time lines; Valid Ontario's Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle.
At least five (5) years of experience in designing mechanical systems for commercial, institutional or industrial buildings;
