Coordinate all site activities in order to meet deadlines
General review and monitoring of Project Budget Reports
Monthly review and authorization of contractors billing draw request
Site review and development of site strategy plan as it pertains to access, public protection, material deliveries, concrete staging, hoist and crane location, site offices and shacks and other related duties as may be required.
Establishing and conducting of site contractor meetings
Schedule and conduct site reviews as required by the building department, project consultant, 3rd party testing consultants.
Participate in all company related safety certification and safety meetings as required
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of buildings
Knowledge of relevant building code and provincial safety regulations
