Liaise effectively with the design builder team, design consultants, architects, in-house operations team, and clients in the design preparation and evaluation on behalf of Bouygues Energies and Services.
Liaise with the Client and understand their facility management requirements ensuring design development is suitable and effective
Ensure facility management requirements are incorporated into the design during planning and development stage
Provide architectural, mechanical, electrical and IT design input into the Designer Builder team to ensure key performance indicators are met
Provide technical input to the bid team in development of the lifecycle model in P3 projects and ensure lifecycle model is updated in line with design development
Attend client and design development meetings as required to assist in lifecycle and services solutions development
Conduct analysis of competing design options to arrive at the optimal solution for the life of the project from a net present value perspective
Prepare maintenance asset lists from site surveys of existing buildings and drawing reviews
Apply industry maintenance practices to determine the staffing levels required to meet facility management specifications
Maintain database of labor efficiencies and relevant metrics by asset type for use on future projects
Facility management bidding and pricing experience and a thorough knowledge of design and construction processes within large public and commercial projects
Must have excellent time management and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with energy management principles and must be comfortable entering and manipulating data within a moderately complex spreadsheet environment and have previous experience working with a CMMS system.
Proven excellent reporting skills and have a technical facility management operations background.
Experieince working in a P3 environment will be considered an asset.
