Marketing Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage market research projects to collect and analyze market and competitive conditions
  • Effectively monitor and measure marketing activities outcomes including metrics such as CPL, ROI, Conversion rate, ASP and CPS
  • Lead, train and develop the marketing team to create and deliver marketing tactics in line with the approved marketing strategy on a local and national level   
  • Manage and provide direction to the marketing team to deliver the marketing plan on budget on time 
  • Develop copy across multiple media in line with corporate strategies and messaging
  • Effectively monitor and measure marketing activities outcomes including metrics such as CPL, ROI, Conversion rate, ASP and CPS
  • Recommend profitable marketing tactics based on outcomes and results analysis
  • To be fully knowledgeable in all sales, operations, professional service procedures and policies to ensure proper communication of services
  • Responsible to work extended hours as requested and or as required to meet job demands

 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills - ability to manage interdepartmental projects on time and within a budget
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing plans including the associated budgetary responsibilities
  • 10 years of relevant work experience
  • 2-4 years of people management experience is required 
  • Bachelor of Marketing or related marketing degree or diploma
  • Strategic thinker; ability to align creative tactics to strategic goal
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Ability to write copy for marketing materials across many platforms (print, web, internal communications)
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to work under pressure, prioritize, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing work situations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately with a variety of stakeholders (peers, management, suppliers, customers etc.)
  • Ability to recruit, train, supervise and develop staff
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics/drivers and ability to analyze results   
  • Ability to critically analyze results using both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Agency experience is an asset 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) Travel is required
