Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for architecting, developing and maintenance of the product lifecycle process within the firm.
  • Responsible for architecting and developing Azure and Office 365 product applications, SharePoint 2013/2016.
  • Responsible in the creative conceptualization of product ideas through to product deployment and success monitoring.
  • Responsible to continuously build and improve of product, process standards and methodologies for the product lifecycle process and development team members.
  • Responsible for maintaining demo solutions - Use Cases, web content, applications and sample database.
  • Responsible in the continuous development and formal documentation standards for the Product Specification Knowledge library.
  • Responsible in supporting the Delivery Manager in the investigation, prioritizing and successful resolution to product delivery and customer support tickets.
  • Accountable to develop estimates, monitor performance and deadlines for assigned programs, using internal and external resources where appropriate.
  • Accountable to communicate and build new guidelines, processes and standards for the company and others as needed.
  • Responsible to work collaboratively with all team members in Canada and abroad.
  • Responsible in supporting and coordination of written communications for customer product inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated excellence in communication and leadership aptitudes.
  • Demonstrate English writing in corporate communication - customer correspondence, product specification and workload team management.
  • Possess high level of initiative and organization for work in 24 hour cycles for Canadian and operations abroad.
  • Strong facilitation, time management, organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and networking abilities with internal and customer contacts.
  • Comfortable dealing with President and Senior Management in product evolution and customer onboarding, project execution and support scenarios.
  • Demonstrated competence through prior experience in defining and building scalable enterprise class applications.
  • Experience delivering SharePoint enterprise solutions, including presentation layer, business logic, custom features, web parts, workflows, Business Connectivity Services, and timer job scenarios for On-Premise, Hybrid and Cloud Scenarios.
  • Experience in supporting QA Unit, System and Functional Testing.
  • Experience in measuring and responding to performing load, browser, mobile and integration tests for web/cloud applications.
  • Experience in developing applications with - Web (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, OAuth, OData), Responsive Web, Tablet/Mobile Devices, SharePoint 2010-2013, Office 365, Azure, MVC, ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL development and programming.
  • Experience in managing local/distributed teams through Visual Studio Team Foundation, in source, build and unit test management.
  • Experience in Agile and SCRUM cycles along with motivation to continuously improve skills and share your knowledge with the team.
  • Professional Diploma, Degree and Microsoft Certifications supporting architecting solution scenarios.
